RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target prospects.

• Develop existing customer accounts by expanding the services for which we are their preferred vendor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Estimator or Project Manager writing repair estimates in the industry.
• Existing relationships in insurance and/or property management ("book of business").

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform inspections and create estimates within Xactimate and Symbility.
• Handle the client/adjuster and the customer; ask questions about their requirements and timeline; provide communication at all levels.
• Have product knowledge and access to labor; understand the cost of doing business in our market.
  
• Alert your adjuster if a supplement is required for additional work not previously identified and justifiably needed.
  
• Other duties as requested.
